Islamabad Overview

The capital city woke up to a different kind of property affair on May 20 & 21, 2017. The Property Expo lit up the Pak-China Friendship Centre with new projects, big investments, on-the-spot deals, and a whole lot of family fun.

The event successfully hosted over 45,000 people and gave them everything they needed to buy property for a new home or project – and everything they would need to help them build it from the ground up.

This variety was not surprising, as there were 74 exhibitors dealing with real estate and property, and home and lifestyle, present. The floors were abuzz with conversation, as people discussed the latest trends and offerings in the market.

The event was honoured with the presence of Islamabad Chamber of Commerce and Industry (ICCI) President Khalid Iqbal Malik as the Chief Guest, who inaugurated the event.

The Expo was an interesting mix of fun and business, as families showed up not just for the many attractions on offer, but also serious information on building their next home. Children were kept busy with lots of games, a lucky draw, and the famed house-shaped photo frame. Visitors also greatly enjoyed the variety of cuisine on offer in the food court.

This spectacular event was a hit for and for the real estate market in Islamabad & Rawalpindi. People in the capital can’t wait for the next Expo, and we can’t wait to put on our next property show!
